A very painless purchasing experience. I thought my BMW purchase in March was the best ever, but the Atlas purchase tops them all. Kevin was a very knowledgeable, congenial, no pressure kind of guy. Like a good friend selling you his car and he wanted to make sure everything was right. As with most dealers these days, I have experienced first hand the incredible price increases, $5 to 15 K, "just because", Kevin stated that he did not want to work for a dealer that did that, that's why he works for VW. Everything was as good as it gets.

Jon, if the fob was working prior to the battery swap then I would check the batteries again. It’s possible that the new battery is defective or it is very common for them to get put in the wrong way. If you are confident the battery is good and installed properly then I would schedule an appointment for us to see what exactly is going on with it.
