Not really much to say. Got what I needed. Kind of expensive. Challenging getting a hold of someone local to talk to for questions - when you call the local number, you get routed to the 800 number and talk to someone else in a different state.

Try to call numerous times on several occasions there's one 3 miles down the road you always get a live person or I'll give you a right call back I'm with a customer this place has no customer service you get all this advertisement and then you have to listen to buy Wing go up and press a number press the number I would not deal with this place the worst U-Haul in the USA

The manager here, Michael, is just about the nicest human around. The Uhaul computer system is always causing issues but he works through it and does whatever ever he can to assure a good experience for me the customer. Five star to Michael. Three stars to the trucks. Corporate Uhaul gets a shake of my fist though..

Was trying to rent a car trailer to haul a 2001 Isuzu rodeo . with the same vehicle that I towed the same set from chamault Oregon to Bend Oregon but this time they say that a 1998 Ford F-250 that tows a 32 ft RV is not built enough to tow car trailer with Isuzu rodeo I even rented car trailer to haul a 1989 jeep Cherokee so they say they entered wrong information but truck was sitting on their lot when I rented both times ????
