The is certain employee's here that complains and bad mouth's her fellow employees to the customers. This is not the proper way to handle problems or complaints about other staff. There are certain employees that continue to yell and argue with staff to the point customers have too hear it. This is one of the worst BK'S I've ever been to!

The food is usually pretty okay, but today I came by just to get some fries and when I got home I discovered they were all a darker brown orange color, it was basically inedible.

They need to change the oil sooner, more often or they over cooked them

This isn't an ask but a rate 1/10 this is the fifth time they completely destroyed my order will not be going back ever that don't know how to make your order or even a double they can't even make nuggets in 5 minutes it takes a half hr
