I have had a wonderful experience with the workers all around, from applying for 3 different government programs and turning in documents, to meeting with Maria Torres about my job search. there's never a line, people are helpful and kind. the phone system is terrible I'll admit, and the career center doesn't have a phone you can call to speak to a receptionist, BUT! if you walk in, you will be helped, offered job leads and allowed free copies for your job search. They also offer free classes for the community and resume services. Highly suggest for anyone out there trying to find a job.

Had to go to office because phone is always busy and hangs up on, you for three weeks. I tried to reset my password four times and that didn't work. I worked for for 23 years and couldn't get 6 months unemployment without a major hassle.
