I bought a used vehicle from Edmark Toyota. I also purchased the full extended warranty. Thankfully I did because the motor was blown within 1 week of purchase, it was actually blown when i purchased it but i didn't know until i took it back in to them. Which means they didn't do any inspections to make sure this vehicle was in good shape before they sold it to me. They sold the warranty package but can't fix anything at there location. They also won't help with a rental vehicle since it's not being fixed at there location. It's been an extremely frustrating purchase with ongoing issues. I'm disappointed but stuck.... I would avoid purchasing any used vehicles from this location.

I bought my first car from here through Art. From the very first time I met him he was polite, respectful, and went out of his way to make sure that I was heard, my concerns and thoughts were addressed, and that he understood what I was looking for. I was very happy with my experience and his help and service. When I came back later with my husband to trade in my old car for a family car, I immediately went with and contacted Art. He has been great in maintaing contact through txt and calls in taking care of concerns and questions even off the car lot and before/after purchase . I was not only happy with his great service and help with making the process easy and helping us get exactly what we wanted and needed, but also the Edmark Toyota as a whole and all of their employees that we worked with. They were kind, understanding, and helped work through everything with us. 10/10 recommend and definitely suggest picking Art as your Toyota salesman! As he always says, he's true to his word in that he's not there to sell you something to just get you to buy a car, he's there to make sure you have a great experience and find what you're looking for no matter what you end up doing. We've decided he'll always be our go to car guy. Thank you Art and Edmark Toyota!
