I never had a Philly cheese chicken steak with shredded chicken, the jalapeno peppers over power the taste of the chicken. It was to much of the sauce and it wasn't big, it was kind of small and the bread wasn't grilled.

Been coming here a few times a year for the past 10 years since I moved to the area. They've never gotten anything wrong on a single order and everything has been prepared hot and fresh. Great quality cheese steaks and staff has always been nice. Easy to see why this has been a solid store for a long time
