Terrible service they said they open at 9:00 I called exactly at 9:00 on the dot and had to hold for 15 minutes like seriously what kind of bull is this .. they just opened no reason for it especially when you’re really needing help

I should have read these reviews before switching MD. Dr. Richard Joyce is GREAT don't read this review wrong. But the staff is really rude. They were nice in the beginning to get you into their office but after that they started being rude. It started with bringing in my daughter's prescription from America's best. They needed my insurance information and I mentioned that I was just seen if they can obtain from my account. She proceeded with I'm not in your account and I don't know your name to get that information. Anyway, then I noticed that after we submitted our prescription I had to sign a paper saying that the sale is final and I can't return the glasses. I've never had to sign anything like that with any MD. Of course, you need to make appt to pick up glasses so I made an appt along with a followup to see Dr. Joyce. But because I wasn't told to bring in my contacts they said he couldn't see me. So I was just standing there and I said I guess I can't be seen. So I was waiting to pick up my glasses while on the phone, a lady came behind me and just said I'll see you now. But who are you talking to. So I ignored her and she came back and I signaled I'd be there. But when I followed her , she flipped her hands all upset because I didn't follow the first time. First of all I was 15 minutes early for my appt so she was rushing me. Sounds like they can act like what ever they want, respect is out the door.

I would give Dr. Joyce 5 stars he is great and very helpful. However the new staff sucks. I have been going there for well over 15 years and take my kids. If you call they are very short and treat you like you are bothering them to help you. Unfortunately going in is the same I went to pick up my glasses not knowing they had changed there policy after they left a message saying my glasses were in came to door side you need appointment to pick up then shut the door in my face.

The staff over the phone was so very rude, I don’t understand how they still have a job, I had to call on 2 separate occasions and still rude and even rude in person, they need new staff, they too comfortable being rude
