Thank the gods for horses and buffalo traces… which lead two motorcyclists, in search of historic places to Simon Kenton Inn. A memorable experience indeed… dont take my word for it… experience the charm and history for yourself. It is certainly on my list of return places during our travels. Theresa is a wonderful human being that will make certain you are taken care of.

I can't begin to say enough about this place. The stay was awesome along with the staff. You would and will be hard pressed to beat the owner's hard work and ethics. And she served our country also !! Thanks for your service. Hard working staff and great food. Give this all a try not just a normal stay. If at all possible converse with the owner she a great lady. We certainly would stop here again.

Had a delightful Sunday brunch. Reservations were suggested but did not really appear to be necessary at the time (though they just resumed Sunday brunch). The beef brisket melted in your mouth and the eggs didn't taste like standard "buffet" eggs. You could tell they were fresh! I had the Bloody Mary; their secret ingredient is cocktail sauce and...it isn't for me. I'll stick to mimosas next time. Service was kind, patient with my toddler, and very attentive.

Very disappointed not much to choose from the menu. My shrimp chowder was cold had to ask them to warm it up. But the staff was very friendly!!! I talked to Theresa and let her know we did not want a refund that we just wanted to let her know of the situation. My husband and I have gone there several times before and never had a problem the food is very good!
