About a week before harvesting a deer, I was told that they do not accept quartered deer early in the season but if I wanted standard cuts (hamburger) that they would take it. We show up a couple days later with a deer quartered up and was told that they would not take it unless deboned. I had to debone it on the truck tailgate. After taking the deboned meat back in, they mentioned that they could to it within an hour. At that point, I was aggravated yet glad I did not have to return at a later time to pick up the meat. When I went to pay for the meat, they charged an additional $30 rush fee. It would have been nice to been told this beforehand. To make it worse, the texture of the hamburger is a paste/mush. Need less to say, I will not be return here. $82 for 30 pounds of hamburger mush.

You can field dress it, and take the head and cape if you are getting it mounted, otherwise just take the dressed deer. Pay when you pick up but they only take cash or check. Great people there.
