I Like going to Ross the price is low there is lots of variety in style and size male and female but because Ross gets the extras and slightly messed up close you see some weird things some times that's it. Thanks?

Definitely one of the better Ross stores I've been too. We were greeted when we entered, the store was well organized (comparative to other stores). The selection was limited, which is to be expected given its location.

A class in customer service training is much needed at the Peachtree City location. I entered the store today with a return, somehow I miss the handwritten sign on the 8x10 paper , on the front door stating that they will not accepting returns or exchanges. The front window is very busy with a lot of other information so it was easy for me to overlook the handwritten sign. However there were two ladies at the front that quickly told me that there was a sign that I should have taken note of that were not taking exchanges or refunds today. What would cause a store not to be able to make refunds or exchanges on their own merchandise?

There is a younger girl up front at the register, who acknowledges white people and doesn’t seem to acknowledge or speak to black people politely. I will say this again, you are the face of the company and how you treat their customers reflects the entire organization. There is also a lady up front, who wears her religious garments every day that i have interacted with who is so kind to every customer. Thank you for the respect. The other younger girl (who is actually african american so this is very sad) threw my receipt and did not take the time to wait for me to put my card up. She also was clearly not trying to deliver the customer service that Ross is known for. The lady working the dressing rooms was also very very kind and patient. I also asked the girl if she did not want to be at work today. She rolled her eyes. I have 15 years in customer service and the service delivered by this associate was not what Ross is known for. Again, it’s the younger girl at the register who is presumably African American. She knows who she is! Terrible! Abysmal ! I hope you have the career in customer service you deserve. Happy Sunday!
