If you value your life or your belongings do not stay here. This place has some serious work cut out for them to clean this mess up. Besides the roaches, and bugs, the people who stay here are absolutely terrible. Smelly rooms, the employees are pretty much useless as they don’t help you. If there was a way to give zero stars it would be given.

Not bad but not great either. Was a little leary after reading the reviews. Just needed a clean place to sleep after a concert downtown. Everything was clean. The outside was well kept. Checked in. Walked around the outside of the property to get some movement in. Sat outside at the gazebo-nice. Suggest a fan in gazebo if able. No trash. No issues with bedding. Service was not good or bad. Morning of checkout strolled around before hitting the road home. There was some trash around from the evening before I'm assuming but not excessive. But guessing from the cleanliness the day before they just hadn't made the property rounds to clean up. Immediate area seemed safe. Lots of food choices nearby.

The morning manager was delightful, but that's where the "delight" ended. Beds are just ok, air conditioner sounded like there was a plastic grocery bag ratting inside all night. Breakfast was... Wait, was that breakfast?? There was a waffle maker and they provided syrup, instant oatmeal packets, no butter, there were two muffins, a good many prepackaged danishes (all the same kind), coffee, a couple tea bags, a pitcher of milk and of orange juice. Why were there TWO 4-slotted toasters and nothing to put in them?? No bread, no bagels, etc., but jelly packs in fridge?! Will go to Comfort Suites or Best Western next time.

We paid more to spend the night somewhere that has a pool but went down to the pool area and there is no heat in the pool area and the water is freezing cold like they don't have the pool heater turned on at all! So if we would have known it would be near impossible to swim at those temps we would have stayed somewhere else! Not worth the price of the night if the pool isn't fully functional for the time of year!
