This hotel is poorly managed. They can't keep track of their reservations. We reserved a king bed and they gave it to someone else. When we asked for the manager he refused to speak to us. They were full of lame excuses but had no intention of making things right with us. We have been platinum members for years but that meant nothing to them. We are very disappointed. Holiday Inn Express just went to the bottom of our list.

The staff must be reviewing 5 star. We had the same towels for 3 days. I asked the cleaning lady for towels but was told there were none. I checked out only to be overcharged for my room. I called the manager and was told to get my money from the person who made the reservation because she didn't have time for this. The phone hung up and I called back only for them to pick up and hang up again. They're rude and unprofessional if you need somewhere to stay in the same area the Hampton Inn is around the corner and the service was much better. I stayed there 2 weeks prior. I'd suggest anywhere but here.

AVOID!! wow the rudest people i’ve ever encountered at the front desk. When i ask for sheets and towels, nobody brings it up. The room was NOT clean. There was half filled soda cans sitting in the mini fridge. My guess is it was over a week old? Rooms are NOT clean. What a horrendous experience. Do yourselves a favor and Just avoid all IHG hotels

Beautiful colors that the hotel is decorated in. I love the green and orange colors! Friendly front desk staff and hospitality staff. Our room was cute and clean! Outdoor swimming pool. One of the elevators would take us all the way up then back to our floor; creepy lol. There was no microwave in our room. We didn't like that the sink was not in the bathroom. Breakfast was scarce...no pancakes nor waffles! Overall, we had a good stay!
