Was kind of slow for a place named take 5... Said I just wanted an oil change - they then pulled my air filter out said i should replace it - It is an expensive reusable filter. Gave incorrect info on how to tell it needed it. Then banged around under the hood for 5 minutes trying to re-install the filter. I should probably check it and make sure they did it right. I have a white car and they left black grease marks all over my door handle. Then they dripped dirty oil all down the side of my car.

I've been here four times and every time I come it just gets better than the last. Every individual who has serviced my car has been attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. They always go above and beyond, perform their checklist, update you with each step and frequently do add-on items for no charge (such as replacing a worn plug gasket). They even let you know when coupons are available. District Manager Teaundray has a great store here. My only advice is to remember to bring cash so you can leave a tip for their excellent service!

Fantastic service, super quick, the employees were all friendly and very clear with communicating what they were doing. While waiting, I was greeted by Rent, who was an absolute delight of a person! She made my whole day. Tyler serviced my car and he was quick and professional. I appreciated him keeping me updated about what they were doing and what was going to happen next. I will definitely be back.
