The stovetop glass/aluminum cover on our 2022 Jayco trailer was identified as being damaged on the pre-delivery checkout in October 2021. Since then, we have attempted to get it replaced three times while other service ("warranty")was being performed. Up until our most recent visit, nothing had ever been done to correct the stovetop cover. This time, we were told that the repair was completed (YAY!) but found that the cover wasn't replaced but was just painted. When I rejected the repair, Service Manager Charlene told me that I would have to accept it since Jayco wouldn't honor its replacement under warranty; the work RVs of Sacramento did to improve it was my only remedy. She went on to educate me saying that the trailer was nearly a year old and that I shouldn't expect to have a brand new replacement stovetop cover. It is ludicrous to believe the customer should accept new goods that are not in 'new' condition and then to be 'shamed' for expecting a new part over a patched part which she (Charlene) felt was an adequate fix. It's been nearly eleven months since the problem was identified and documented by RVs of Sacramento staff; how many more months will it be until I get what I paid for, in this case, an undamaged (anodized, not painted) stovetop cover? We've all heard the expression: "The customer is always right". I'd agree it fits for the sales staff but would say the service department misses the mark; it's a bad day whenever you need to deal with them.

Totally impressed with the customer service representative (Carlos) and technicians. They took the time to thoroughly respond to questions and concerns (issues). No comparison to our previous experiences with another RV service center (Davis). I highly recommend RV of Sacramento.

I arrived on site at 8;15am, wanted to leave the coach and have them work on it and call me instead I was told they can't accept the keys until 9:00 a.m. and had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot at which time they wrote up the work order and said there's a minimum $100 per check out item on the board so I said okay that's fine I told him the generator wouldn't stay running they checked it and said you're right the generator doesn't stay running but we don't work on these generators so you need to go somewhere else and have it fixed I'll I don't understand how you can charge me $100 for something that I told you coming in was the situation you didn't diagnose it I already knew there was a problem with the generator but to charge me $100 minimum for a check out that took out about 5 minutes to do that to me is ridiculous I also came in for my Shore Court issue he did check that out he found the contacts were sticking he fixed that short cord works great down no problem paying $100 for that service. They knew i was coming in for a generator issue, and could of told me ip front they dont service my model of generator. But to tell me your right, it wont stay running. Then charge me. I feel totally ripped off. Lesson learned. Ask if they can actually service what your bringing in.

I have a 2005 pop up and my son decided that he would try to open the door and put his knee through the bottom panel. Not only did that happen my window latch for the screen didn't work and had it taped up with duck tape because it wouldn't stay up. We took the RV door to the repair service department and they had it fixed so well!! They were soo nice and understanding!! I came in irritated and left with my door in one piece and it looks amazing.. Thanks RV Service!!

I believe they only are open during business hours mon-fri. In my experience they work weekends but only building rvs for purchases. Sales will always be there and are super friendly.
