I ordered a dark brown bun online, and got what looks like a black one that I cannot use. They sent a "pre-paid" return label without instructions, so when I called the company, the response was that I would have to pay $14 for the pre-paid label, and that this was mentioned in their policy. Right, I took the time to read all the details in the "policy"! The bun was only $8.00. Never again! I will have to stick to Amazon.....

Rude staff! I wasn't going to make any reviews but I called in 4 times asked them very politely to fix the shipment! They sent me the wrong wigs and doesn't want to take any responsibility. Very very bad service this will be my first and last order from them! Very bad staff! Won't recommend no integrity! They should correct my order but they just brushed me off! When their staff made a mistake they made it seem like I'm in the wrong!!!! Especially Vanessa very rude!

I received my wigs today. I love both of them the fit just a little bit tight but I have the Vivica Fox wig on now it's really nice on me. I'm going too order again!

Purchased on April 2, and April 3 a label was done but has not moved since. It is April 17 and I finally wrote them. No refund of any kind offered or upgraded shipping. They just forgot to ship my 2 wigs and still would not have, if I had not contacted them. Accidents happen, I get it, but to not offer anything as a mistake, and call it a replacement order? No, its the initial order you never filled.
