Do not believe USPS if you ask them for a number of days for delivery. Multiply by 2 what they promise to you and plan accordingly! More over, Its hard to reach them out to find lost (delayed) mail. They do not consider it as an issue.

A government building, how picky can somebody be about it?

The lady at the counter saw me walking in with two large packages at 4:59 and the doors to customer service had already been locked and she looked right at me and proceeded to shut down the gate. I had tried really hard to drive down on a busy day, left work early and all. Government workers doing the bare minimum.

It's on their website.
That cluster box belongs to the post office therefore it's their responsibility to service it. That's a first class mail service. Should be just like any other first class.
Yes if it's from your pobox
No. Rocklin Po no longer does passport application. Passport photos at AAA or Staples
No they are not,it's just rumor
I might suggest putting a polite note on the windshield saying what you have said here and see if they find an alternative way to park... Also, I would call the post office that delivers to your box and speak to the postmaster there and ask if they could possibly deliver to your door now that you are a senior and mobility impaired... Maybe put a second mailbox right by your door... They have the power to make adjustments... Hopefully this may create a small amount of change that will help.
The Rocklin post office on Pacific Street no longer offers passport services. I believe the Citrus Heights office and possibly the Roseville office may be able to assist you. Your best bet is to go online and look up passport locations
Go to the post office with something (loan stmt, utility bill, etc), that proves your ownership of that address + state/fed issued photo ID, bring the Bad Keys, and they will schedule you to go out and change out the lock... they will explain how you then pick up your new working keys. Also, tell them that you want it changed for security reasons as well, since you don't know who else has or has had keys... They will let you know if you need to provide any additional documentation to complete the process.
