They have a lot of resources about mental health that can be helpful. They're very nonjudgmental and accommodating and seem like they really care about people. If you're struggling with mental health issues or know someone who is, this is a great place to check out to get some help.

NAMI Sacramento offers support and education to people living with mental illness and their families. It has been a very helpful organization to us!

NAMI Sacramento is an organization that I credit with teaching the tools and methods that I use in my daily wellness routines. Through the support groups, classes and the many qualified peers that I have met and come to know, I now have a great support system. NAMI Sacramento is also a great resource for people in crisis with their wide resource database, not to mention their Help Line. Through NAMI Sacramento's many services and education program, I am now able to maintain a good level of wellness.

NAMI Sacramento is an amazing nonprofit that helps individuals and families affected with mental illness. They have education programs, support groups, public awareness events, and work with businesses and government agencies to make their services and employment opportunities more inclusive for those living with a diagnosis. They even work with law enforcement officers to help them better understand, and how to better respond to service calls related to mental illness. The best part is it doesn’t cost anything to receive help from NAMI Sacramento.

Trice, according to their website, they're "primary mission is to support and educate people living with mental illness and their family members." They don't provide help with homelessness. Give them a call and they may be able to refer you to a more suitable organization.
