Purchased a range and also paid extra for the warranty, the range is now literally smoking with very bad smell like burning plastic and warranty department is telling me to call manufacturer and manufacturer is telling me to call home depot for warranty and store associates are lost on how to help. Will never buy any appliances from Hone Depot again.
