Was nice inside eating with my boys. Kids liked their ice cream :):) food was edible not great

Edit 5/23/22. Had to drop my two stars down to one. This has to be the absolute most dysfunctional group of employees all combined under one roof. It’s scary that these are young adults, they have less than 5 second attention spans and ask 18 times what your order was. While staring at you with a blank look of confusion. There’s absolutely no management here. None. Zilch. 0 stars if I could. Great ice cream selection, awesome sundries , but terrible,awful service. Week in and week out they continuously screw up the simplest orders. It’s really sad what the working force has turned into. It’s mind boggling how so many individuals working under one roof can struggle this badly. Maybe some over sight and management by someone over the age of 18 would help tremendously. No cell phones would be a great start to Being able to maintain a basic task. When there’s one Other person in line waiting with me and you still screw up my order, than what’s the excuse at that point ? 6+ people can’t handle two Orders ? Richmans, if it was for your sundaes I’d just go back to Dairy Delite. Maybe your employees should Train there.
