It's primarily a service center but it has some retail items. Have the option to drop off or mail in the tool for service. And you can pickup or have it mailed to you when ready.

I was very upset last week when I went to your store and found out when I arrived that the showroom was closed. That should be mentioned on your website, especially since I came all the way from over the hill. If the showroom is once again opened I would love to come in.

They Have moved to new Address. now located at 2341 Lincoln Ave, Hayward, CA 94545 Had to return a repaired rotary hammer that was supposedly fixed but from the time i picked up and used it, was only able to drill 3 holes lol, now it needs to be returned for warranty work which hopefully gets covered. Usually they do a pretty decent job so i don't know what happened this time.

Go to the store, they can diagnose the tool properly. Many things could be the issue.
Yes you can. They also have eservice tool repair, you can do it all online.
Yes they will, and if they cant fix it, they should replace it at no extra charge.

Yes, I've found they usually try to repair, fail, then replace. And you have to stay in contact with them also. They miss given dates often.
