Very upset with the store manager Jerry or gerry.. I've been a Verizon customer for years. I came in to switch over a line from spectrum the representative Nicole offered a promotion when switching over a line that involved credit for the phone and a 200$ Verizon gift card. The card was set to arrive the 24th of the following month. I paid the remaining balance with spectrum for my son's device. Turns out I didn't qualify based on the price Nicole suggested. An iPhone SE 3rd generation with a value of a little over 400. What bothered is the disrespect and lack of professionalism from the store manager. He clearly said he wouldn't honor the promotion because his employee simply said she couldn't remember. Became I had a good experience here 2 years ago. This time it was completely opposite. I'm happy to show proof of this interaction. He refused to notate what he was telling me to resolve. Being none. But did notated a lie of my behavior. Very upset. I left shaking n disbelief

This store was going to have me wait for 3hrs untill someone told me about the store in San Marino where I literally walked in and out with a new phone and watch in less then he.

I came to get a new phone and was told it was over a 2hr wait especially if I didn’t have a appointment when I heard someone mention Verizon in San Marino. I literally walked in and had 3 people ready to work with me and knew all the answers to my questions about the phones and gave me the best deals. Walked out in less then a hour with everything I needed.

Your best bet is to create a MyVerizon account by clicking through to Consumer Wireless on Verizon.com * Then use the vzw on-line tools to ¤_Make an Appointment_¤ at your desired retail store location, and/or * use the website to review Plan options etc .. if you want new handsets you can order online and specify in-store-pick-up too ¤¤ VERY IMPORTANT ¤¤ --- for retail store visits --- *** Make an appointment "at the door" or using your MyVerizon account (via internet or App) are really YOUR ONLY OPTIONS * If you attempt to visit a Verizon Retail store WITHOUT an APPOINTMENT, plan on disappointment! * Local store phone numbers (since Covid?) all forward to central ops... (there's usually a way to get the voice recognition to transfer where you want ... but knowing *exactly* what to request is an interesting challenge)
Well I would suggest calling the number of any verizon store you want to call to make a appointment and see what they can do to help make that appointment happen and then if the appointment happens just go to the Verizon store you made the appointment in and you get all the help you need
No, we didn't have an appointment just waited in line for our turn.
This store is the last place I would go to for honest advice. Call a different store, not the pasadena location.
