They messed up a order number. So I have to take a 30 minute drive one way there to exchange their mistake. When I get there I find out they're return is just ridiculous. Nice guys though. But the policies are bad.

I worked with George K. to purchase a lift truck for our company. George was very responsive and got all the purchasing details worked out for us quickly! After our purchase, Carl came to deliver the machine at our shop. He was such a gentleman and gave me the tour of the machine. Shortly thereafter George came by and checked in as well to go over the machine and make sure we were completely satisfied! Great Service and Great Experience.

Very poor experience with Atlantic Lift. Had one of their techs look at an issue on a forklift, and he only stated he needed a part and sat in his truck on the phone the entire time. Actually, made all of his diagnosis without even touching the machine. He stated he could try to rebuilt a control, and handle but preferred to buy a new one. I asked him to try to rebuild it, and he refused. Their service department was useless to help address the issue. I do not recommend, maybe they hold bigger accounts in more preference, but otherwise offer little for customer service and honestly the tech was rude and appeared to be uncomfortable with the thought of actually working on the unit.
