Pleasantly surprised since I went to this store to make an impression of a booklet and the Manager was very kind and helped me to solve some problems with my mail and internet connection to be able to request my service, in a very short time I had my printed book in my hands and ringed, in addition his efficient and cordial attention was in Spanish something that I appreciate very much.

This location is on the ground floor of an office building, right next to Wells Fargo Bank. It is near downtown Burbank so the traffic could be a little bit busy. The Service: Separate counter for printing service & shipping service. Usually only 1 staff at the shipping service which has more demand. Also, the other FedEx location in Burbank on Riverside Blvd has been closed down so this location will start getting busier. The Parking: Ther is a private parking lot right next to the office building. This parking lot is shared with Wells Fargo Bank. It could get crowded, Street parking as well.

I went to FedEx store in Burbank without the label. Burbank FedEx cashier printed the label with no charge.

I've been to this location a few times. All the employees I've ever met help me out (help out as in i felt like they werent required to help me do certain things but did it anyways) or make me laugh. Today Ron was helpful. Thanks for my print outs.
