This is right off Rte 322, but the "street", off Carriage House Lane, is so new GPS couldn't find it. Room is spacious and well set up, with a gorgeous view out the front window. Gotta love a room with a fainting couch in it!

Super clean hotel, modern/refreshed look, friendly staff, comfy bed, and breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for accommodating our Northern Virginia pup too. His first stay in a hotel and he was extremely quiet. We all slept well.

This was available when we needed it and the drive to and from PSU wasn't too bad - about 25 minutes without football traffic. Stinks that there is a 2 night minimum though. The hotel is located just off the highway but no real signs to follow - use GPS. The Breakfast was adequate, coffee/tea, some hot items, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit. The hotel was clean as were the rooms. The walls/floors are pretty thin and we heard tons of noise from the families with kids running around. The heat/Air conditioning unit has 2 controls (wall and unit) so you have to figure that out to be comfy. I would stay there again if needed.

This hotel is clean, rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff was excellent in taking several phone calls with a quick response. Front desk personel were quick to get us in our room after a late arrival. This was a good experience and would definetly stay here again and give it five stars from this visit.
