If I'm being honest. After living in the area for a year. It's possible that it's to avoid having people who are drug users from going to their bathroom to do drugs. I've lived in several areas where that is the reason for not allowing a public bathroom
You have to ask. Most gas stations do except gpay not all gas stations does gpay gpay is wifi electronic pay through your Google app called gpay. You will see a insignia on the pump that it will except gpay and you have to do the pay through the app as long as your card is linked to the gpay app.
