The pharmacy is a joke. They lack customer service skills. I understand bein short staffed, but completely ignoring your customers is unprofessional. I'm glad CVS and Sav-on are there to help. Anyone with a prescription at Walgreens, stop using them.

It’s 7/23 and I received several messages to pick my medications. I come and they are not ready. I have been called three day in a row to pick up. Every time not ready will call you. There is no excuse for this kind of service. I’m sure the pharmacist those this because they want their system seem like they working efficient. I arrived at the pharmacy at 1140 the pharmacist is there and sees me and make eye contact 3 times and ignores me completely. 28 minutes later I was told my meds were not ready. I refused to move until I got my meds. Funny how things work when there’s pressure for people to work. The attendants were running around like crazy. The pharmacist was there talking on the phone. Stop for two seconds help the attendants for a bit be polite and greet customers. Remember no customers no job. It’s a shame Walgreens has a person like this pharmacist working there. Workers are only as good as their leader. Short Asian lady, straight black hair, 128 pounds, glasses about 48 to 58 years old. Pharmacist of hate your job find something else that makes you happy. I hope your not being treated the way you treat customers.

The pharmacy here is trash. I was in the right lane in the drive thru to pick up a prescription. I watched as four cars in left lane were helped before me. I sat in the right lane for 30 mins.

One of the worst drive-thru pharmacies around. You should expect to wait a long time. My husband couldn't stand this place anymore so he switched his prescriptions to another local pharmacy. I still go here because it's close, but it's remarkably bad. I just waited 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that says its ready (on the app). When I got to the front of the line, they told me it wasn't actually ready and to come back in 45 minutes. If you can get your prescriptions somewhere else, do it.
