Ordered a battery hold down as RPS had the best price by far. Received in 6 business days. Looks much better than the after market part it replaced. Completely satisfied!!

Started off good, then went bad poor customer service, they won’t answer the phone. Won’t call me back. Now just a automated message can’t get anybody but they still have my money. Over $500 and I can’t get it back. Steer far from this company call national parts depot. Or anybody else. Good luck if you buy here.

Horrible communication. Took a month to get my item after telling me 3 times it was going to be directly shipped from a supplier. Then took me 2 weeks to get a refund after they received it back. I called to see if they received the item and he said oh what’s the order number and name and I’ll go back and look and after a week I had to call him back. then His assistant ask me when I shipped it back to go ahead and give my credit card number and as soon as they received it she would go ahead and re-issue the refund so that way they wouldn’t have to call me back. Only to find out when I called back for my refund again that she missed placed my credit card information and don’t remember me giving it to her. So after being on hold three or four times she said she found my credit card information that I gave to her two weeks prior so I guess we will see. Will never buy from this place again. Horrible horrible horrible

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT do business with RPS. I ordered parts months ago. They took my money. Not everything was shipped...Sent NUMEROUS emails. NOTHING. NOT a business you should risk giving your money too. Unfortunately, looks like I will have to initiate a lawsuit to recover my money.

i have an order with u people ive called in ref to my order which was placed 10-04-21 at 12:26 pm and no word in ref to my order called 10-15/10-27 mail box full / 10-28 , waiting on parts. RPS talk to ur coustomers

Just show up and see what's going on. This place has more business then most. Constant customer traffic. Perhaps there was a mistake. They will talk to if you go in.

How do get in contact with these people. I've placed an order have been charged and still no parts emails shipping confirmation or anything and the phone mail box is full
