Got there at 4:50pm after leaving work early. All I needed was a form. I was told they stop helping customers at 4:30pm so the building was already locked up. All I needed was to grab a form!

It could be a mistake I had to make two trips to the office due to computer errors.
Your doctor that submits medical info needed to disability should be able to submit stuff on their end stating she hasn't been cleared for work
