My wife receiving SDI benefit up to 7/1/2018. On 6/27/2018 Her Dr. certified that she is not cleared to return to work until 11/30/2018. Where we need to submit Dr. letter to continue receiving SDI benefit.

Your doctor that submits medical info needed to disability should be able to submit stuff on their end stating she hasn't been cleared for work

I find it easier to take forms to your local office. It's faster than mailing it in. They also make copies of the forms with a stamp showing you brought it in.
