Particularly, Lusiana was my point of contact during my car's repair process. She did everything possible to handle any challenge, mainly due to the shortage of the parts. Once I suspected that one issue with my car was caused when the car was in the shop. They professionally handled the case and listened to me patiently. Experiencing that positive attitude yielded me to re investigate the case and do some computer diagnosis by myself. I did and noticed that it was a worn spark plug problem. I replaced the spark and solved the problem. There was no reasonable way for them to cause this issue. Mutual understanding solves most of the problems. My overall experience with PAN American was very positive. I was very impressed Eleazar Lizarraga professionalism and thoroughness. His mechanic did a fantastic job with replacing my car’s rear bumper and tail light. The turnaround time was short which includes paint and installation.
