My boyfriend wanted a vegetarian poke bowl, but there weren't any veggie poke bowls and they could not remove ingredients because they were pre-mixed, which was a bit disappointing. I ordered the 3 side combo, $11, and chose my ingredients. When I wanted to pay I was told it was almost $21. I asked why but the explanation was vague and I did not understand. The employee should have mentioned that it was going to be more expensive before my meal was ready and I was going to pay. This was way overpriced for the meal I got. When I was eating I saw a mouse run through the kitchen... Bad experience.

An excellent chain and option if you are looking for healthy "fast" food, salad type, poke etc... The lemonades are amazing, one of the best in usa. Family recommended for excellent value for money
