This place was very beautiful and quiet. It is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. We took our pop up camper, we were perfectly spaced out from others. My husband and I walked around and looked at the open tent sites and they were so nice, we would consider doing that too! The shower house/bathroom was extremely clean and nice. All in all it was a great experience for us and we will definitely be back!

Such a nice little gem I almost don't want to write a review to tell people about it - but they deserve all the business they can get! From pull off of the road, to checking in to the campground itself there isn't anything I"d change about Hideaway. It's well planned out, it has things to do, the kind of people who show up are friendly and nice and it's clean... there was no litter anywhere. Not a single cigarette butt in the gravel. It's clear that the owner loves and respects the business and the land it is on and wants people to enjoy it and have a relaxing time. They bring firewood to you, they keep the bathrooms spotless, they will even help you park and set up your camper if you have issues! It was our first time this year and I know we will be back again - maybe even this year!
