Most amazing cars on the planet.

My car was making a noise from the front wheel. My car is still well in the 30-day warranty. They charged me $331 to remove a stick from the break pad. I did not even agree to the $331 charge before they charged my credit card - I was thinking it was going to be free because the car is in warranty. In the app we tried to open the invoice but it was slow, so we clicked it again and it came up just in time for us to have a big accept button. We tried to contact Tesla several times about this, but they don't care. What was I supposed to do with noise coming from the front wheel. I took off the took off the hook cap and looked as best as I could before. Should I have taken my new car to a private place to have it looked at before taking it to Telsa? I could not even take off the wheel to look better myself as Telsa give you no jack or spare tire. I went from a loyal Tesla owner to completely not recommending Tesla in just one day. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact. (just don't want anyone thinking this is a fake feedback)

Another 0 (if I could) star review for this place. My 2-month old Tesla required an alignment due to its superior build quality, so I ended-up taking it to this service center. Since I did not notify Tesla within 72-hrs, first 100 miles, alignment was no longer covered under warranty, although it was a manufacturer issue 100%. I’ll pay for alignment, no problem. I scheduled the appointment with this service center and waited for two weeks. My appointment was on 8/25/2022 @ 11:30AM. I dropped off the vehicle and was re-assured by the check-in gentleman that my vehicle will be ready on 8/25/2022. I asked him 2 times, just to make sure. I sent multiple messages via Tesla app to check on the vehicle, no response. It was not possible to reach this service center via phone. Finally at approximately 7pm I got a response that the vehicle will not be ready until 8/26/2022. Picked-up the vehicle on 8/26/2022 at 11PM. 24 hours to do less than one hour job! When asked to speak to the manager, a very defensive, unapologetic, condescending worker came-out and started trying to prove to us that it has not been 1 day to do the alignment. Instead of listening to our concerns, the first thing that came-out of his mouth was "you interrupted me one time." Elon needs to send these workers to customer service school and have them learn some manners! Please explain to me how a 1 hour alignment job takes 24hrs, 1.5 days, leaving me without a vehicle which I rely on for my daily commute and driving my kids to school. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, having my car sit there overnight, when I can just drive the vehicle and drop it off when the service center is ready for me.

High efficiency and nice crews.

That would depend on what caused it. If it was hit by something then you should contact your insurance company as that wouldn't be a warranty issue.
They text you a link that you close ck. It opens up the Uber app and the credit appears in your Uber account. When ordering a Uber, change the payment method to the credit on your account.
Yes, I did. But if you are going to test new model S - they do not have it now. Expected in 4-6 weeks.
Hi Lonnie, to control your regenerative braking, touch your car icon on the bottom left side of your screen, select "Drining" then under "regenerative braking" for your car to do most of the braking select "standard", for less regenerative braking select "low".
It all Depends what type of charger you are looking for.

Call your nearest tesla service center and make an appointment. If there is no center near you then tesla may send out a roving repair technician to your location.
Usually default but as he said no difference
