Our new Model 3 does not have a good seal on the driver side window. It's very noisy when we drive it on the highway. We just got it last week. How do we get this fixed?

Call your nearest tesla service center and make an appointment. If there is no center near you then tesla may send out a roving repair technician to your location.

I'll buy it... Lol... Seriously, Tesla has excellent customer support. Just call them and they will do everything they humanly can. I would also just say be patient, as they are still ramping up their teams.

if there is one company that rivals Amazon in customer service, it would be Tesla. I recommend you call their service department and they will take care of you and you will leave extremely happy and satisfied.
