I have watched them a few times and it seems they do the work. However, they are extremely slow. I can do it all myself but it’s a company car so why do it. So I bring my car in and watch. They are atrociously slow. To the point of comical, almost like out of a movie, slow. Still do the work it seems, that’s why they got two stars, just slow.

Lots of construction but it has not interfered with their excellent customer service. I will keep returning purely based on the customer service I receive alone. You may be able to pay less elsewhere but, you get what you pay for. You guys rock!

Wheel alignments are $99.99. That is insane. There are many shops that charge 50,60,70. No way will I try to get any kind if service done at pep boys. Totally overpriced!!!

You have to call their 800 number and ask them for the warranty number
Everyone including employees are required masks to enter
They carry stop leak products for radiators. When this happen to me, I had to place the radiator.

Don't get your tune up at Pep Boys. You take your vehicle in for one thing, after they tear your vehicle apart, tell you need $4500.00 worth of needless repairs. I have a regular mechanic now. NEVER AGAIN will I take my vehicles to Pep Boys. Beware! !!
