I've been sitting here reading through the reviews and I find myself wondering if the people that have left One and Two star reviews are in a bad episode of The Twilight Zone or something because only in the Twilight zone can I imagine anyone getting bad service from here.I understand everyone has their bad days but Kimberly and Bruce have always been ridiculously courteous,happy,professional and knowledgeable about everything in their store.And we have done business with them all year round for several years.,from our storage facilities to our brewery fire extinguishers and co2 tanks here at the buzzed Viking.They always have everything done either at the EXACT time they said they would or alot of times even earlier than expected. They are always on time when you call them out to one of our facilities and they go above and beyond.Plus you get the satisfaction of knowing that you are simultaneously supporting a small, family owned,local business. They really are the best around.Dont take my word for it though.Go and try them for yourselves i can pretty much guarantee you that you will see the kind of service it is that I'm talking about.Thank you again Shipps for all you have done for Mr.Storage and The Buzzed Viking Brewing Company.

There was an argument with one of the owners about how the full service was not completed when we paid the full service. Bruce was extremely unprofessional with us and the rest of the company as well. Bruce then came to our restaurant after hours and was let in by an employee and the same things he came to inspect earlier he put that they were now non compliant without telling us then proceeded to call the fire marshals saying that we were not up to code. We showed the fire marshal our invoice of everything the company did and he tells us that the company has a bad reputation. After years with this company I would never recommend it to anyone with the rudeness, unprofessionalism, and pettiness. We will also be contacting the BBB to report this company also our local news to expose them and make sure no one else does business with them
