It would seem that most here can't read, when they actually feel like delivering mail for a change, it gets put at the wrong house and is never seen again, then claim that it's not their fault. This has been going on for years! When will someone step up and do something about this?

Yes you can fill out the form in the office. Its quick and easy! Takes about 7-14 business days for it to go into affect so make sure to check your previous mail from other residence till mail comes at new address
You could go to their kiosk and see.
Probably issues with the carriers again
If its a cluster box unit (cbu) the letter carrier should've locked it up after delivering mail into customer boxes, but if a single mailbox was left open that's the customers responsibility. Like Amanda said call your local P.O. they can advise.
