Scheduled a pickup up 2 weeks ago. Had 2 reminder calls 2 days prior about the appointment. Called the day of for a time and was told they didn't have the appointment and they wouldn't come out. Better of sending donations to Salvation Army.

Called to check on prices of washers and dryers and Sanchez provided prices but he stated that he wouldn't have a driver for a few days because he was clearing somebody to start driving for him. I needed a washer and dryer now today.I actually stated to him that I really needed somebody to just have a truck help me go pick up a washer and dryer from somewhere else. Ask him if he knew anybody... And he put me on a quick hold not long at all. He came back and stated that he did know somebody and that he took my name and number and said that he will contact me back shortly to let me know if they would be able to help me. He definitely went above and beyond I did not expect it at all most people don't even want to be bothered by this sort of thing especially if you're not giving them your business directly. I really do appreciate his help I hope corporate gets a hold of this review and praises him for going above and beyond we need more managers like him running these businesses. Thank you so much Sanchez I certainly appreciate you and I will be giving you my business in the future and referring people to you!
