Water star motors is the best Mercedes service center in Santa Cruz I far none even come close. I’ve had to be out of town numerous times and unable to pick my car up and I did not receive one call from them requesting me to come get my car they were very understanding and I appreciate that.

Water Star was the first repair shop I used when I first came to Santa Cruz in 2016. When I moved to the east side of town I started using the mechanics down the street from me for convenience-sake. Over the years it became increasingly evident that they didn't really care much for their customer's needs, let alone their neighbors. I'm so glad I'm back with Water Star. My vehicle is 16 years old with 120K miles on it and I feel like they're going to watch out for me and help me maintain this vehicle as best we can for as long as is reasonable.
