Panda Express

We have had several incidents at Marion, Il Panda Express. They never seem to have food available to purchase but today was the worst. We checked online to see when they opened which said 10:30. We arrived at 10:50 and proceeded through the drive-thru. Was told they didn't opened until 11:00. We sat in the parking lot until 11 and again went to the drive-thru. Then we were told that everything wasn't ready. They were out of Orange chicken and it would we 25 minutes until the chicken teriyaki would be done. There seems to be a BIG problem in management. We have ate at plenty other Panda Express restaurants and never had a problem. RANT OVER. We will not be back.

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos

Google has incorrect opening time online. We waited outside for them to open, which was ok. A staff member walking in apologized and told us the correct time. We ordered online and sat outside since the dining room wasn’t open until 12. They brought the food to us outside, which I thought was really nice 👍🏽. I must say the orange chicken and walnut shrimp was very fresh. It was pleasant sitting outside, off the main road. Staff was very friendly and accommodating 🤗

Called to see if they were open for dine in, they told me they opened at 11. We showed up at 12:15, the doors were locked. I finally knocked on the door and the girl barely opened and asked what? I said are you guys opened? She said not yet we are counting the drawers, but the drive through was back up. There was 6 other people that tried getting inside and she wouldn’t let them in.

I hadn't been to a Panda Express since the COVID shut down. Used to be a favorite. Meh. Noodles tasted burned. Orange chicken not as good as I remembered...sad.
