Very strange now - I guess raising the minimum wage does have an impact. There are NO waitresses anymore and NOBODY to take your order. It’s all computerized. One person does come drop off the food. However, the hamburgers were EXCELLENT!!

How the mighty have fallen. We were pre-covid regulars. I can appreciate the difficulty of paying waiters for low-cost food, and I don't mind an ordering pad with counter service But: no seasoned fries, no chicken fingers, no soup, no fresh fruit in shakes, prices increased 30-75% across the board, inconsistent burger quality, and no character - but I'm sure the white, male CEO gets paid well for all his cost-cutting measures. They're bankrupt within 5 years. You heard it here first.

First dine-in visit post pandemic. Changes include: No wait staff, No cashier. Order via kiosk. Food brought to table. Food was quicker than the old way. Still good quality. When you want more to drink.. Help yourself. Overall satisfied.

Hadn't been to this location since the early 2000's. Was happy to see it had been maintained. Staff was very friendly. I ordered mustard on my burger but it was forgotten. Thats my only complaint. The food was hot and delicious. The only reason for not getting the 5 star was a slightly incorrect order. Will return though!
