If I could give a maggot puking on a gut wagon this would be it. Got a cheese burger with chili and fries. The cook who lacked dental hygiene ran the burger thru the oven burning the ? To a crisp. Pure nausea. On a scale of 1 to 10 they won't let me put decimal points. Not recommended at all.

So I stopped in right around closing time to get gas well the diesel pump only pump 29 cents I was supposed to get 50 well they took $54 out of my account and only let me pump 29 cents and didn't want to help me they were very rude I go there all the time to get gas I will not be back there again I suggest y'all go somewhere else too and get gas or whatever cuz these people don't want to help they just take your money and you know what now I'm stuck and I can't get home but they don't care I was closing time we're close but all three women were in there doing nothing so whoever owns the place I suggest you need to fire them because they're lazy they're rude and very disrespectful and not very cooperative when it come to things they didn't have to open the door up I need a threaten to call the police on me because I needed help with my transaction all they do was punch a couple buttons now if anybody else would happen to them how would you react you be upset too

My family and I live in the area and love the Hartford Citgo but after visiting this evening we don’t plan on returning unless the staff changes. A woman I heard the other staff calling Chelsea boxed our food for us and she was talking fast and acting fidgety as if she were high off of something. She was acting so strangely I was scared to even eat the food she had prepared. Not the example we need for our children

Cute little store. The staff is great and they make some really good sandwiches. It is a nice convenient stop off.
