They claim to be local but use a call center in FL for scheduling. They claim to be 24/7 but the call center put me 2 days out on a emergency. Howplus they won't give a guesstimate on pricing. Bad bad experience. Use local companies instead.

TJ, I am the owner and I live right here in Kansas City. We do use a call center when we can’t get to the phone because we are on the phone with other clients or after hours. Using a call center has its issues but it’s better than letting your call go unanswered. I’m sorry they couldn’t book you sooner, we are extremely busy right now.

I agree with Nicholas. There are so many factors that go into the different issues you have a plumber would be needed to decide what all is needed to complete the projects.
