You're getting one star because I can't give you negative stars. I've been with this bank for years. Time to change that. For the third time now I have been given the pleasant surprise of having my visa card blocked from use. No calls, no letter, no mails. This time, after verifying the balance for funds available, I pulled in to the gas pumps ready to go... Not. The teller machine says error- do not honor. Now I've pumped gas and don't have cash to pay for it. Lucky I have good friends, helped me prevent a theft charge. Odds of fixing whatever the bank has done at this hour, absolute zero. This is not going to happen again.

Great place, great customer service. I alwayshl have a positive experience here. Besides supporting a local bank, I like using this bank as a sign of appreciation for what they do for this city, such things as a New year's eve event and much more. I highly recommend this bank for everyone.
