My 99-yr-old mother-in-law and her son were kept waiting over an hour in 90+ degree heat for a ride from an appointment to her nursing home. Unacceptable! Drivers are courteous and safe, but there are scheduling problems for sure.

Really appreciate the way they handled my transportation from hospital to rehabilitation center.. wasn't roughly manhandled. Feel like a family business! They transported my mom in the past a NV d now I'm using their services.

I had a bad a experience with a female driver . I don't remember her name but I did report her to medical transportation . She was really rude telling that she wont answer the phone when I call back . I told her just take me home I don't have to put up with your rudeness . She said I could just drop you off right here . I said do it and I will call 911 . She also triggered my PTSD. They need to provide better training for their drivers.
