Yes we do.
We only have stand up booths because stand-up tanning is essentially touch-free and much cleanlier. Lay down beads with very porous surfaces that directly touch all parts of the body can be very unsanitary. Not only does stand-up tanning essentially eliminate those concerns, it also produces better tans in general. When you stand up you get full, streak-free, all around coverage with your tan.
We only have Max Level 5 Stand Up booths at all of our locations.
At Zoom Tan all we only take walk-ins, so you can always come in whenever you are ready!
This differs state by state. Currently in Florida and Georgia it is require that you be at least 15 with parental consent. Pennsylvania has a state minimum tanning age of 17 with parental consent and New York requires that you must be an adult (18+ yrs) to UV tan. Since these age requirements can change with new regulation it's best to call our customer service department for the latest information.
All of our UV beds are level 5 and cost $1.25 per minute (up to 12 minutes) for non-membership tanning.
Our spray memberships allow you the ability to spray tan for free once per day but there is no limitation if you choose to spray more. We do recommend, however, giving your spray tan enough time to develop and set between sprays so that you don't end up with undesired, patchy results. It's best (but not required) to exfoliate prior to each spray.
Yes, we offer spray tanning at every location.
When you come in to spray tan we recommend you do a few things before coming in. Shower, shave, and exfoliate (recommended but not necessary) so that you have clean fresh skin for the spray tan to go on to. Please do not apply any lotions, perfumes, makeup or moisturizers on your skin as that can act as a barrier. We recommend waiting a minimum of 6-8 hours before you shower (rinse only during first shower) or get wet to make sure the spray completely sets into your skin. Waiting longer or overnight, if possible, is even better for maximum results.

There is no age limit on spray tanning, we just ask that you are able to follow directions. NOTE: A government issued photo ID (passport, drivers license or state identification card) is required on your first visit so we can set up your profile.
Every individual is different and a spray tan's duration can vary depending on your skin type, daily habits and lifestyle. Typically, spray tans last an average of 5 to 7 days.
We have 3 different levels of spray. Our pricing varies depending on the level. Level 1 (dark) is $30, level 2 (darker) is $35 and level 3 (darkest) is $40. We also have monthly ($45/mo) & yearly memberships ($450) available that offer every day spray tanning up to level 3.
For client security reasons, we ask that you update your information at one of our locations. You will need to bring your drivers license with you. Once your information is corrected, you will be able to cancel online right after.

Most issues with cancellation are caused by unpaid balances or incorrect/missing contact information. Please be sure you have resolved all past due payments with Zoom Tan and be sure that your current information (license, phone number, etc.) are up to date with what we have in our system. If you have any questions or further issues please contact our customer service department.
For your convenience all cancellations are handled online and not in the stores. Our cancellation link is found on our website's main menu under "My Account". You can cancel the auto pay anytime after 10 days from your start date and can continue to use your membership for the remainder of the month.
If you have a balance for your monthly membership, you can navigate to our payment page to make a payment. All payments, cancellations, membership changes and so forth can be done under the "MY ACCOUNT" drop down in the main menu of our website. To update your credit card you would select "login" and you will see an option to edit your card under your profile.
Just bring in your driver's license, cell phone, and a credit or debit card and we can get you all set up in the store! You can also sign up online by clicking on the "BUY" option in the main menu of our website and selecting a membership type.
You are able to utilize any memberships or packages at any location in the USA!
All of our current and active members/clients receive the texts. Just visit and try out a Zoom Tan location near you. The salon associate will take your information and create a customer profile for you. Once that is completed, you will be on our list to receive our regular coupons and promotions. You have to re-visit a Zoom Tan periodically to stay on the list.
There could be a couple reasoning's behind this: 1) You may have replied "STOP" at some point to the text messages which will put you on our "Do Not Text" list. 2) Your phone number may not be verified. 3) You have not visited a Zoom Tan location recently. Our texts are based off of purchasing history and you have to visit us periodically in order to stay on the list. If you think you may have opted out please call our customer service department for further instructions.
Every day is different at Zoom Tan, so we will only know of sales going on the day of. Typically we will send out a promotional text message to our clients or post on social media when we have a sale going on.
Although Zoom Tan is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the salon, we do have a lost and found at all of our locations. You are more than welcome to give us a call and we can see if we have what you're looking for!
No, all calls are routed to our customer service department. Everyone in our customer service department can answer any questions you may have. We do this so that the associates in the store are able to focus on the clients in store.
We have several membership options (both monthly and yearly) available for all types of tanning (UV, Spray & Combo) that start at only $35 per month. Check them out by visiting the "BUY" option in our main menu on our website and selecting one of the membership options.
All tanning requires that you bring a valid driver's license & cell phone.
Of course. We always welcome anyone that comes in, you can do single sessions of UV and Spray tanning anytime you would like without needing a membership.
None of the Zoom Tan salons take cash for the safety of our clients and employees. We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). We also accept gift and prepaid cards for any non recurring purchases.
As far as I know they still have that package. I have canceled multiple times an still got the same package for the same price each time.
