Cannot talk to an actual human you only get the automated message robot and they will not transfer you to a human

I don't even know where to start. My packages are constantly being left a the very end of my very long driveway, exposed to be easily stolen. I've had instances where I also had a delivery from FedEx and their driver brought my UPS packages to my door. Christmas 2020, UPS returned all of my children's gift to Amazon, without any explanation or notification. I had to buy gifts all over again and hope it would all get here on time. I was still getting packages on Christmas Eve. I called to complain several times and all I get is "we'll write it on our notes." Obviously, no one is reading these notes because I'm still having packages left at the end of my driveway. Not to mention placing packages in my mailbox which is ILLEGAL!

How do you get past the stupid automated service to talk to an actual person I was on the phone for a half hour and tried every single option and kept pressing zero kept trying to say customer representative kept trying anything just for a human

Why is your service so poor? Why, when everyone else makes it to my house, including the school bus, do you fail to deliver my package due to weather? Why cancel the delivery at 1:00 pm, when the tracking said it will be delivered by 8:00 pm?
