Dr Michael Pitt is a great doctor. However the front staff is often disorganized and not really even aware of what is going on. Today we picked up a dog post surgery and the staff who was there this morning and accepted our dog didnt even realize they had our dog there! They are not at all organized as I watched them with others. The Dr and his partners were great however

I needed vaccinations for my puppy. I didn't need an appointment for that. Very nice staff and will definitely come back again. Also very reasonably priced.

First time there and would never go back. Wish I could give it zero stars. My first impression was positive entering the waiting room and went downhill from there. I had an 11:15 appointment and wasn't even shown into the exam room for another hour. The exam room was dismal and depressing and I still sat in there for close to another half hour. Dr. Ocks came in and didn't appear the least interested or hearing my concerns one of which was my dog had intermittent pain and limping. (actually I don't think he even heard that) Very very brief examination (don't think it lasted 5 minutes) and at the last minute looked in her mouth and said teeth bad and someone would come in with the estimate. Then he left. Next I got the estimate which included mostly dental work and an estimate for just under $700! Walked out just a little after 1 pm paying $120 for an ear flush (which I requested) and exam. Last night and today my dog showed more signs of pain and limping and I have an appointment with another vet where I hope I get better care. UPDATE..2 days later I took my dog to Pet Cure and what a difference. After only a short wait I was taken into an attractive exam room and was seen by Dr. Hanna. He spent about half an hour examining my dog and actually listening to me. He diagnosed the limping (not even addressed by Ocks) and He examined Cece's ears which were supposed to have been flushed at Mid Valley and they were filthy. Questionable if a flush was ever done at Mid Valley. Beware

Call make an Appointment with Dr Pitt he is AMAZING and very affordable as well as any one of the doctors there are all amazing I take all my animals there and they have a great staff very empathetic and understanding and love the animals this doctor's office will not cheat you or make you pay for treatments that do not work or aren't needed I highly recommend taking your loved 1 to mid Valley veterinary hospital Since I have taken my dogs to other doctors before and they have cost so much money and then so many different treatments that nothing works I know By experience that we as animal lovers will pay whatever we have to for animals But mid Valley that Marion hospital does not take advantage of that fact do yourself a favor and give your dog what it what he truly needs Amazing bets that will not over charge or take advantage of you

I have not used Mid Valley for spaying. They are competent for the vet services i have used them for. I would talk SNPLA, they are a nonprofit who specializes in spaying and neutering.
They take walk-ins I've been in there many times without an appointment.🐺
