You try calling them they don’t wanna answer their phone and when you’re waiting for the answer on your paperwork you turn in nobody contact you I just tried calling them today and every time I got a busy signal on their phone maybe they need to open it where people could get someone to answer the phone when they call I understand I got people in the location office in there but this is ridiculous when you’re trying to reach your caseworker nobody wants to answer

Depends on why you are going. Electric, homelessness and rent emergencies will be seen same day. As for SNAP, if you qualify for expedite, you will be seen same day. If not, an appoinrment will be set up for you.
