Fox run is a wonderful place to live in but the kitchen has a little problems the oven and the dishwasher is having to 1 put oven down and 2 is you open dishwasher and it bugs my family 👪 so that we can get fixed 😀 I am so excited to see what happens

The brand new dishwasher they picked is unequivocally the worst dishwasher I have ever used. Shoddy paint jobs in the kitchen are easily scratched off when opening a cabinet, mostly due to the cabinets sticking shut from the paint. Apartment condition was pretty dirty when I moved in. Carbon monoxide detector and garbage disposal didn’t work on move in, but were fixed. Poor first impression, but if things aren’t a consistent issue I may improve my review after some time.

Editing now after response: (I do not use my actual name on the internet for the same reason you don't use the internet without a vpn. People can find your address easily and harass you.) Don't rent from here. Management changing constantly caused them to "lose" documents including payments that we made to them over a few thousand dollars. They spy on residents and violate other privacy policies. We tried getting the air conditioning fixed during the summer in which they would "get around to fixing" it was over a hundred degrees out and they said it was fixed but it never was. They also charged us on move out for almost every possible thing they could ($800 for carpets) even though we cleaned the already nasty and old as hell. We took pictures of everything but still. They also recently kicked out a lot of people that are elderly or have children that are on housing that were neighbors and good people. Truly despicable company that manages this place.

I lived at Fox Run from April 2017 to January 2022, and here's my take on why I would rate them 2.5 to 3 stars. Location wise, it's lovely to be near so many stores and go for walks. One of the cons is the high school next door. There are certain times in the morning when both entrances are blocked, and the afternoons can be chaotic at times when school lets out. CRES Management took over in April 2021, and they the started the process of addressing all concerns and issues once the right property manager came on board. It gave me a lot of hope. I left as they no longer accept section 8. I understand that is their right, but I felt it was unethical in how I found out. A neighbor alerted me, and when I asked management, I was informed that they were waiting until I had 60 days left on my lease. That honestly sent me into a panic as a single mom on disability; especially as there are not as many housing options. I still feel that they should have told everyone as soon as they arrived at that decision. They did let me out of my lease early, and the manager was impressed with the condition of my unit. I know the deciding factor in letting me leave two months early was so that they could rent it out at a higher price. The second con is even though the unit itself was fine, I only received a fraction of my security deposit back, as it was used for water/trash/sewer dating back to November. I can't help but to feel disheartened by the experience, and am reluctant to recommend them.
